This past weekend I smoked a brisket. Yesterday I made an open-face brisket and bbq sauce sandwich. The day before, brisket, plain of course. Today, chopped brisket and beans.
What else can I do with leftover brisket? Don’t get me wrong, it is awesomely, powerfully (but not overpoweringly) smoky, gently sweet, and delicious, and doesn’t need to be turned into anything else. But still, what are my options?
I am working on a longer post with a great rundown of the cooking process coming later this week.
