I picked up yet another Weber grill today.  This time I went with the 18.5 inch “Silver” to complement the “Gold” I’ve been using all summer.  Tomorrow I plan on roasting two 4-rib pork roasts and one chicken, so wanted a second Weber for the chicken.

Unfortunately for Amy, this means I now have 3 grills and a BBQ sitting in the garage.  I pretend to justify they each serve a different purpose, but really I just have an addiction to cooking outside.
