Impromptu breakfast this morning – you must try!
1 small palm full of chopped, smoked brisket gently reheated
3 tomatoes, garden fresh, halved and roasted at 400 for 20 minutes (lightly salt and pepper, maybe a drizzle of Olive Oil before entering the oven).
2 eggs, soft-boiled (many webpages with directions if you need)
Stack the tomatoes, the brisket, and the eggs gently in a bowl, season to taste and drizzle with some really, really good Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a fantastic, taste-bud freakin’ breakfast!
Don’t be ashamed if you bury your head in the bowl after the first bite. It is really that good!
