Oliver and I enjoyed a tongue shockingly delicious, yet simple, lunch today!  After stewing over tomatoes for sauce all Sunday, baking a Chicago style pizza from scratch (which turned out fabulously), boiling pasta for the spaghetti, and enjoying beers with friends, I just wanted to make something quickly and simply today for lunch.

We pulled the container of sauced spaghetti out of the fridge, heated up a little olive oil and butter in a sauté pan, dropped in the spaghetti (since Oliver is four, I cut his into little pieces) and sautéed it until the sauce started caramelizing.  Toppings were just a little parmesan and a fresh basil.

Oliver and I went back for seconds it was so good!
