Zucchini, Natural.

  • Zucchini, sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper, if you must
  • Butter, 1 pat


Take one freakishly hot pan, put in a pat of butter and immediately follow that with the slices of zucchini, enough for one layer on the bottom of the pan.  Flip the zucchini until the butter melts and the slices coated.  Salt.  Let char slightly and serve.  This should all take about 2 to 3 minutes MAX!
