While watching the brisket and ribs smoke, enjoy an omelette filled with lightly smoked summer squash, dill, lemon zest, and feta cheese.  Smoke the squash by cutting into planks and placing on a tray or plate for 10 minutes in the smoker.  Once smoked, remove and dice then finish sautéing before cooking the eggs.  Fill with the feta, dill, and lemon zest.
