The thoughts keep coming, what else can you do with grass other than wrap up a new cheese?

Steaming eggs?  Check.  But these aren’t any ordinary eggs, they’re preserved eggs that have been sitting in a salty beer and spice bring for about a month.  The eggs peeled ridiculously easily – literally sliding out of their shell.
