When I can’t get outside but I want some ribs, this recipe sufficed.  It started with making the braising liquid that’ll also be used to make a glaze later on.  It’s a bottle of good beer and a bottle of cola reduced slightly with some star anise and a few bay leaves (and a couple of cloves this time).
