This block of aged milk ended up looking scary, smelling funky, the rind tasting aggressively angry, but the paste grassy, mushroomy and very, very, very, very, very, very delicious.

The following quote is how I described it on a Facebook post I shared with close friends:

“…the latest one to be eaten, the cloth wrapped something-or-other had a peppery tan and white mold mottled rind, a complex sharp, grassy, mushroomy bite in the soft straw-colored paste, and an aroma on the nose reminiscent of week-old gym socks….”
