How does a Central Illinoisan find himself in Bordeaux in March?  By mixing some J.K. Williams Young Buck Bourbon with some Lillet Blanc, of course.  After a day of taxes and bottling some homebrew for the women to enjoy over the spring, I needed to sit back, relax, and enjoy a local drink with a foreign flair.  Enter the JK Williams Young Buck Bourbon and a little Lillet Blanc to take me to France while I listen to “Building Alaska” play in the background.  This drink can take on your location just by substituting the local distillery’s bourbon for mine.  The ratio is 2:1 bourbon to Lillet with ice to fit your state of mind.A Central Illinoisan in Bordeaux
